Wagner Place Development

Ford Land selected Roncelli as their Construction Manager for a $60 million investment development in Downtown West Dearborn, Michigan. The project involved transforming two blocks into a new fresh Urban Development as part of Ford’s plan to expand the company’s footprint as part of its Dearborn campus transformation. Retails stores, restaurants, top-level offices for 600 Ford employees and an outdoor green space were planned for this space.

The historic Wagner Building, a 120-year-old hotel was also fully renovated. Restoration included complete abatement, remediation, cleaning, selective demolition, transportation and proper disposal of asbestos and lead containing substances per Ford Land requirements. The building’s facade has been restored and the interior has been converted into retail and office space.
