Petitpren Warehouse Addition

Roncelli completed a warehouse expansion for Petitpren, Inc., adding 28,000 square feet of open warehouse space and 2,000 square feet of temperature-controlled cooler space to an active operations facility. The project extended the existing building footprint and required careful coordination to maintain ongoing receiving, storage, and distribution activities throughout construction.

The facility features a long-span structural system supporting large open bay areas, along with reinforced concrete slab construction designed for heavy material handling. Work included integration with existing building systems, construction of new openings between spaces, and installation of cooler infrastructure to support operational needs. Exterior work included site paving and improvements to support truck circulation and staging.

Site and subsurface conditions required active management, including mitigation of unsuitable soils through engineered fill and coordination of stormwater improvements within an existing detention system. Roncelli worked closely with the project team to develop practical solutions, maintain schedule, and align construction activities with facility operations, delivering a functional expansion that supports long-term use.
