Project Cadence

Roncelli recently completed the construction of a 1,000,000-square-foot dock-high Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) on a 100-acre greenfield site in Tennessee. This large-scale logistics facility was built from the ground up in just 14 months, with our team prioritizing efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the project.

Due to poor soil conditions, the entire building pad and pavement soils were cement stabilized to meet compaction requirements, ensuring a strong and durable foundation. The facility features 120 dock doors—including 12 dock levelers and 108 edge-of-dock levelers—as well as two overhead ramp doors for additional access.

Inside, the facility includes 5,000 square feet of office space, restrooms, and breakrooms, providing essential amenities for on-site personnel.
