Bodega of Brush Park

Roncelli was selected  as the Construction Manager for the fit out of 2,155 sf white box space within a multi use building in Brush Park District in Downtown Detroit . Roncelli was involved in the preconstruction phase.  

The bodega was built as a high end food and beverage market.  Scope of work included miscellaneous demolition, new concrete floors (polished), custom LED lighting, millwork, accent cloud ceilings, would trim, acoustic ceiling coatings, solid surface tops, bi-folding service counter/bar, install of back of bar equipment, food and beverage coolers.
