Behavioral Health Pavilion‍

Roncelli was hired by ProMedica to complete The Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital Pediatric Behavioral Health Pavilion. This new construction project includes a one-story building, sitework with parking, and a dedicated courtyard and recreation area. The sitework features a 59-space parking lot with a bike rack near the entrance, landscaping, modifications to an existing detention pond, and an outdoor employee break area.

The courtyard is designed with a Dura-Crete enclosure wall, a concrete patio, and a landscaped green space for outdoor recreation. Inside the building, the facility includes an indoor recreation area, staff offices, a staff lounge and break room, exam rooms, consultation and group consultation rooms, and treatment rooms with observation areas featuring one-way mirrors. The space is enhanced with multiple interactive TVs and a sensory wall, creating an engaging and functional environment for both staff and visitors.
