Crispelli’s Bakery and Pizzeria

Roncelli, Inc. has renovated the former Big Beaver Tavern in Troy, MI and transformed it into an upscale “affordable gourmet” casual dining Restaurant and Banquet facility for the owners of Crispelli’s and the Crispelli’s family of Restaurant

This building presented many challenges with bringing the former restaurant up to date with all new kitchen equipment and necessary upgrades.  Interior renovations included all new flooring, tile work, cabinetry, furniture and furnishings along with new paint, new exterior windows and window treatments to complete the new look and feel of the restaurant.  Exterior improvements included installing steel framing to support the new decorative awning and lights as well as new signage.  Also all new landscaping surrounds the building to make the exterior more inviting. Roncelli also placed new sidewalks and concrete slabs for the two new Patios for outside dining ambiance.

All work was completed over a four month construction schedule that included replacement of the building’s main electrical service and switchgear from 600 amps to 1,000 amps.
