This project was delivered using a construction management approach and focused on repurposing an existing 5,768 square foot auditorium into a modern, multi-functional conference facility designed to support a wide range of events and uses.

The space was thoughtfully reconfigured to improve flexibility, functionality, and flow, allowing it to accommodate conferences, presentations, meetings, and other gatherings with ease. Through careful coordination and execution, the former auditorium was transformed into a versatile environment that maximizes the value of the existing structure while meeting evolving program needs.

The completed facility provides a contemporary, adaptable setting that enhances usability today and supports future growth.
