The "Barn" Warehouse

Roncelli is constructing the new Warehouse at The BARN Data Center inSaline Township, Michigan, supporting Walbridge as Construction Manager andOracle / Related Digital as the end-user/owner.

The project includes construction of a new 102,000-square-footpre-engineered metal building that will support the entire Saline Data Centersite. The building will feature a metal panel exterior, curtain wall windows,and a membrane roof system.

The Warehouse will include a 10,000-square-foot office area, creating adedicated space for both storage and operational support. The facility will beused for marshaling and storing equipment for the Data and Core buildings onsite.

As a support facility, the Warehouse plays an important role in thelogistics behind the larger data center campus. By providing space forequipment storage, coordination, and staging, the building helps support theflow of materials and resources needed across the site.

Through this work, Roncelli’s teams are helping deliver theinfrastructure needed to support a large-scale, mission-critical data centerenvironment.
