The "Barn" Water Treatment & Fire Pump House

Roncelli is constructing a new 10,800-square-foot Water Treatment and Fire Pump House to support critical infrastructure across the Saline DataCenter site for Related Digital and end-user Oracle.

The pre-engineered metal building is designed to serve two essential functions for the campus. One half of the facility will house water treatment equipment, while the other half will contain two fire water storage tanks, each with a capacity of approximately 100,000 gallons.

While this support building is only one part of the larger data center site, its purpose is significant. The facility helps provide the infrastructure needed to support site wide operations, fire protection, and long-term reliability for a mission-critical environment.

Through this work, Roncelli’s teams are helping deliver the behind-the-scenes systems that keep the larger campus supported, protected, and prepared for operation.
