AMMEX Duty Free Store

This project involved the complete renovation and expansion of a truck driver amenity space, creating new showers, modernized restrooms, a beer cave, soda fountain bar, and an updated storefront experience.

Our team fully demolished the existing restrooms and adjacent office areas and completed all phases of construction, including underground work, concrete placement, framing, utilities, and drywall. Midway through the project, the design team was replaced, requiring a full demolition of newly constructed spaces.

Working closely with the owner, we carefully salvaged finished materials and incorporated them into a redesigned layout. The space was then rebuilt in its entirety to align with the updated vision. The final result is a functional, high-quality facility that enhances comfort and convenience for truck drivers while delivering a modern, welcoming environment.
