We use industry knowledge, local engagement, TradeTapp, and BuildingConnected to build responsible, competitive bid lists for upcoming construction opportunities. If selected for a project, trade partners will receive bid invitations, documents, and communication directly through BuildingConnected.
Submit required company information through TradeTapp to be considered for Roncelli’s approved vendor list.
Receive project bid packages, drawings, specifications, and documents through BuildingConnected.
Review project scope, timelines, requirements, and expectations with the Roncelli team.
Submit project questions through the proper channel so answers can be shared clearly with all bidders.
Upload your proposal by the deadline to ensure your bid receives full consideration.
Roncelli reviews bids based on scope alignment, safety, performance, schedule, and overall project fit.
Selected trade partners are notified and guided through contract, compliance, and project onboarding requirements.
