Roncelli, Inc. was excited to attend the Construction Association of Michigan (CAM)’s 132nd Annual Meeting at Motor City Casino Hotel, where the Wayne County Airport Authority - Michael Berry Administration Building was honored as one of the Special Projects from 2017! Roncelli oversaw the construction of the four-story, 85,636 square foot facility, which was designed by our friends at Ghafari Associates. Roncelli was honored at the 2025 CAM Showcase Awards for its role in the historic renovation of the Ford Engineering Laboratory in Dearborn, Michigan. This transformative adaptive reuse project preserved a landmark designed by Albert Kahn while creating a modern, high-performance workplace for Ford.
