On July 25, Roncelli employees, clients, friends and families gathered at the Detroit Zoo for an evening together away from the office and the jobsite.
Reserved exclusively for our group, the zoo gave everyone plenty of space to explore, reconnect and enjoy the evening at their own pace. Some guests headed straight for the animal exhibits, while others made a beeline for the carousel, train rides or activities at the Roncelli tent.

Dinner featured a Detroit-style cookout with hamburgers, hot dogs and all the classic picnic favorites. Younger guests enjoyed coloring before heading back out to discover more of the zoo.

Throughout the evening, families explored Dinosauria, walked the Erb Discovery Trail, visited Stingray Cove, and stopped by the Polk Penguin Conservation Center and Butterfly Garden. Unlimited train and carousel rides kept the fun going, especially for our youngest guests.
While the evening was filled with fun, it also reflected something important about Roncelli.

We work together every day, but the relationships we build extend beyond projects, meetings and deadlines. Taking time to bring together employees, clients, friends and their families creates opportunities to connect in a different way. Conversations become more relaxed, children get to share in the experience, and the people we work with become more than names in an email or faces across a conference table.

That sense of connection is a big part of who we are. At Roncelli, relationships matter, and events like Family & Friends Night remind us that the strongest teams are built not only through the work we do, but through the relationships we build along the way.
Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Detroit Zoo and helped make the evening so memorable. We hope your family enjoyed it as much as ours did!
